What is Domain Authority?

Domain Authority, abbreviated and better known as DA is a website’s quality index with relevance to search engines.
Moz initially developed the algorithm. It predicts the visibility of a website and its performance with its fellow competitors on the search engines against others in the same niche.
Ranking system works more or less the same as the individual page rankings, whereas DA is more like a cumulative score. This score has more regular variations than different page results as a more significant amount of data is involved.
